The two kinds of coaching I'm particularly interested in focusing on are [[Mental health]] and [[Aging well]]. == My training and certification(s) == I'm enrolled in a course at [https://functionalmedicinecoaching.org/ Functional Medicine Coaching Academy]. This started 1 September, 2024 and lasts 12 months. It enables sitting for the [https://nbhwc.org/ National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching] (NBHWC) [[certification]]. I have learned that there are lifestyles choices that can greatly improve one’s health and life in general and promote clearer thinking and better aging. Your challenges are unique, and the lifestyles choices are yours to make based on your experiences, resources and preferences as guided by your medical and health professionals.
